The villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features ocean views, a king-size bed, and a private en-suite bathroom. A family room with twin beds and bunk beds makes it an ideal choice for guests with children.

The fully equipped kitchen allows to prepare meals, or you can request a private chef to create fresh and flavorful Thai dishes. The open dining area by the pool is perfect for shared meals, enjoying the ocean breeze, or even hosting a fun and interactive family cooking experience.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
The following cancellation charges will generally apply depending on the period of stay:
60 days or more before arrival date:
30% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date.
59 days or less before arrival date:
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 59 days or less before the arrival date.
Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that SSV secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
