General Maintenance & Repairs: Preventive maintenance is essential to protecting a property’s long-term value and avoiding unnecessary expenses. At Sublime Samui Villas, our monthly villa management fees range from THB 6,000 to THB 15,000, depending on the villa’s size and location. Regardless of the fee, every property receives the same high standard of professional management, service quality, and attention to detail.

At Sublime Samui Villas, we take a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, identifying potential issues early to prevent costly repairs and protect the villa’s long-term value. We manage every villa with an owner’s mindset, prioritising long-term, sustainable solutions over temporary fixes to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and the best interests of property owners. Preventive maintenance services are charged at THB 300-400 per hour, excluding replacement parts, materials, and specialist services.
