Two pavilions offer expansive living and lounge areas, perfect for relaxing, watching a movie, or planning your next day’s adventures. With two indoor-outdoor dining spaces, it's an ideal spot for family gatherings, whether for board games or enjoying a cozy dinner.

Each pavilion has its own private, shaded deck, the perfect spot for an afternoon unwind. Read a book, relax in the comfort of the lounge, or sip a refreshing cocktail before the BBQ starts. Watch the kids play in the pool while chilling.
FINE DINING
The villa comfortably seats up to 14 guests for dining. The kitchen, which connects to the dining and lounge areas and terraces, is perfect for casual al fresco dinners and breakfasts. Our private chefs (available upon request) specialize in Thai, Asian, and Western cuisines and can accommodate dietary needs, including vegan meals. A freshly prepared breakfast is included in the villa rate and served daily by our dedicated staff.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
Motsamot features a stunning freeform private swimming pool measuring 5m x 15m, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m. Enjoy a relaxing seating area inside the pool and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool deck. The shaded pool sala is perfect for chilling out or enjoying a relaxing massage by a skilled therapist. Our attentive staff will enhance your experience with sparkling sundowners, mocktails, or light snacks.
BEDROOMS
Motsamot offers six bedrooms, beautifully designed, each exuding a true Asian ambiance with fine art and drawings. Some rooms overlook the pool, while others offer views of the shaded garden or private patios. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with safe deposit boxes, and feature individual ensuite bathrooms with either a bath or rain shower for utmost privacy.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
The following cancellation charges will generally apply depending on the period of stay:
60 days or more before arrival date:
30% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date.
59 days or less before arrival date:
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 59 days or less before the arrival date.
Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that SSV secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.

Rules
A property is typically someone's home. Please treat the property rented accordingly, and leave the villa in good order.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
The villa rented ia a private vacation home and as such it is prohibited by law to make any commercial usage at the premises. Any commercial activity such as seminaires, retreats or events are not allowed without prior written authorisation from the ownership and management.
The total number of guests including children will not exceed the quoted number of occupants, unless agreed in writing.
Smoking is only allowed in the outside/garden area of the property
Pets are generally not allowed. On a case by case basis there can be exceptions, depending on the property, only with prior and written authorisation from SSV.
It is a mandatory condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive "All Risk Travel Insurance"
