Contemporary, open plan natural design connects the main living and dining with the gardens in the back and the spectacular 25m infinity pool terrace. Modern natural materials in a Thai coastal theme best describes the style of the villa. The unique location of the villa is on the southwest corner of the island in the serene area of Taling Ngam. It sits among pristine hillside forests and swaying coconut palms and the 270-degree views overlook unspoiled secluded beaches, coral reefs, the Five Islands, Ang Thong Marine Park, the quiet countryside and nearby mountains. On really clear days the mainland is clearly visible in the distance. The evening views offer some of the most spectacular sunsets found anywhere on earth, making this the ultimate island getaway.

The main lounge, bar, dining area and kitchen are located on the ground floor of the villa overlooking the pool and spectacular views of the coastline and the Five Islands as well as quiet green valleys and mountains. There is an additional vast
TV lounge with sofas and 86” television on the lower level, perfect area for Yoga or movie viewing.

CHILL
A comfortable pergola covered by plants makes the shaded lounge the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Or you can simply spend sun-filled days lounging by the pool or sipping cocktails as you gather for dinner. Baan

DINE
The villa offers comfortable sofa seating with open views and dining for up to 12 guests. The kitchen is connected to the lounge and has a separate breakfast table/sitting area for casual dining or breakfast. The villa’s Chef is skilled in Thai, Asian and Western cuisines. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible. A complimentary daily breakfast is included in the villa rate.

SWIM
Baan Sang features a stylish 25-metre infinity pool which will impress every guest by its uniqueness. This infinity pool also reveals breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding nature. The outstanding pool terrace with sunbeds and a variety of loungers provides opportunities to have a drink or a snack by the swimming pool.

SLEEP
Baan Sang consists of 4 large and airy bedrooms. The lavish bedrooms look out at the view with kingsize beds, en-suite bathrooms with indoor rain shower, flatscreen 55” TV, generous wardrobes with personal safe. Two of the bedrooms have mountain, valley, jungle views.

Designed as an island getaway, Baan Sang is about 15 min. drive from Nathon, a short drive from famous Lipa Noi and only 40 min. from Samui’s private international airport. A trip to the island’s popular Fisherman’s Village and Night market at Bophut, or the main shopping and tourist centre of Chaweng are 45 minutes’ drive, while Samui’s main golf course, Santiburi Golf and Country Club is 25 minutes away. Policy

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 4 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
The following cancellation charges will generally apply depending on the period of stay:

During Low – Shoulder – High Season:

60 days or more before arrival date: All payments are forfeited but credited for 10 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by SSV reservations. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
Within 1 and 60 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.

During Peak Season/ Christmas & New Year:

60 days or more before arrival date: All payments are forfeited but credited for 10 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by SSV reservations. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
